Terms of Service & Code of Ethics
Welcome to Beauty Space London, we are committed to providing every client with a relaxing, professional and enjoyable experience. Please read our Terms of Service before booking your appointment.
Appointments
Appointments can be booked online, by telephone, WhatsApp or in person, subject to availability. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment to avoid delaying other clients.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 12 hours' notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice, missed appointments and no-shows may be charged up to the full treatment fee.
Consultation
For your safety, you may be asked to complete a consultation form before your treatment. Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, current medications or recent cosmetic procedures. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect your treatment.
Medical Conditions
Some treatments may not be suitable for certain medical conditions. Beauty Space London reserves the right to modify, postpone or refuse treatment where necessary for your health and safety.
Patch Testing
Certain treatments require a patch test before your appointment. If a required patch test has not been completed, we reserve the right to postpone or refuse treatment.
Treatment Results
Treatment results vary depending on individual skin, scalp, hair and health conditions. Whilst we always aim to achieve the best possible results, no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
Aftercare
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare advice provided by their therapist. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect treatment results.
Retail Products
Opened or used retail products cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty or supplied in error.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. We occasionally allow these to be transferred to another with prior consent. Any expiry date will be stated on the voucher.
Prices & Services
Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. We also reserve the right to amend treatment prices, treatment durations, services and promotional offers without prior notice.
Payment
Accepted payment methods are displayed on our website and in the salon. Payment is due immediately after your treatment unless otherwise agreed.
Data Protection
Beauty Space London is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected during consultations, bookings and treatments is securely stored and processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Your information is used only to manage appointments, provide treatments and aftercare, maintain treatment records, contact you regarding
appointments and send promotional offers where you have given your consent. Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties unless required by law.
Photography
Before and after photographs may occasionally be taken for treatment records. Images will only be used for marketing purposes with customer consent.
Mobile Phones
To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that mobile phones are kept on silent during your visit.
Children
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised, and are not permitted in treatment rooms unless previously agreed. Clients under the age of 18 may require written consent from a parent or legal guardian before receiving certain treatments.
Hygiene
We maintain the highest standards of hygiene. All equipment, tools and treatment areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after every client.
Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings. Beauty Space London accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to personal property.
Right to Refuse Service
Beauty Space London reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where inappropriate behaviour, abusive language, intoxication or any situation affecting the safety and wellbeing of staff or clients is encountered.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any treatment or service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate all concerns fairly and aim to resolve them promptly.
Force Majeure
Beauty Space London shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, power failure or other unforeseen events.

Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment, purchasing products or receiving treatments at Beauty Space London, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
